As I sit to write this, it’s not lost on me that, collectively, we’re facing multiple thresholds. It’s mid-September and in my part of the northern hemisphere, fall is now entering the chat. The wind and light are changing; it’s palpable. Day after day, a few more leaves are released into free fall, destination unknown. Astrologically, we find ourselves at the threshold of eclipse season, an ushering in of karmic events and merging of timelines, asking us to release illusions of control and surrender to alchemy. And daily, sometimes hourly, it feels as if the entire world is facing a new edge politically, financially, technologically, and spiritually. The air is thick with transition.
I’ve been exploring the energy of liminality and the unknown for most of my life. This past year, it called me closer as I brought Enter The Liminal into being. I wanted to create a space to share intuitively — about life, astrology, music, and art — and to connect more deeply. I also wanted to build community, despite my 12th-house Virgo moon’s craving for more intimate spaces over the (sometimes) chaotic nature of social media. Putting myself out there felt uncomfortable, intimidating, and vulnerable. But deep down, I could see it for what it was: an instinctive reaction to being fully seen and the ego’s attempt to keep me safe. (If we’re honest, it’s what stops most of us from even trying.)
It was true for me then. And it may very well be true for some of you now. So, step by tiny step, I’ve been leaning into the unknown and walking myself home.
Life is full of seasonal thresholds, moments that reveal what we’ve outgrown and who we might yet become. Just as eclipses shift our path and autumn ushers in its cool embrace, change will always arrive to guide us forward. If you’re feeling those winds of change stirring, or lingering in their wake, maybe something here will resonate and support you.

Honestly, I live for good reframes. They’ve been a saving grace in my personal life and especially helpful when challenging cards or topics show up in intuitive readings.
The Tower card? The wake-up call we need to bring us back to reality. Yes, things may be falling apart, but only because the initial security and protection they offered have now turned into something that inhibits growth.
The Dead End archetype card? It’s redirection. The signal that we’ve gone as far as we can on one path and that it’s okay, even necessary, to go a different direction and forge a new path
In life, in readings, these moments become teachers and points of reflection. When we can stop, reflect, and reframe, we begin to realize it’s less about the external thresholds we face and more about the internal transformation they uncover.
This reframe helped me see that growth wasn’t just about the speed, proving anything, or my number of followers. The real wins were showing up in quieter ways; in the “chop wood, carry water” moments.
If a “pause” feels uncomfortable, you probably need it more than you realize.
And no, it doesn’t mean “do nothing and wait for the Universe” either.
It means that evolution also occurs in reflective stillness. Think the void, the chrysalis, the womb. Taking a sacred pause allows for clarity and rejuvenation. It’s how we integrate intentionally and honor thresholds as a season.
More often than not, it’s simply the phase we are in and these periods of rest are just as important as the times of rebirth. Everything has a season, be it the weather, the world, our business, or our hearts. And all seasons are sacred.
The trick is knowing yourself and being honest about what season you’re in and why.

I know “feel the feelings” sounds simple, but there is nuance here. Every threshold asks for transition, which inevitably brings up emotions. I’ve learned through personal experience that we’re often too wrapped up in the “thoughts create reality” narrative. So much so that we fear even acknowledging heavier emotions will only manifest more of them.
“If I talk about my anger, I am only amplifying that energy. If I actually feel my sadness, I am just focusing on sadness.” And so on. I know I’ve felt this before.
While our thoughts do shape our reality, our feelings are our current reality. Letting them move through us is how we acknowledge and honor what simply is. The key is in the movement. When we don’t acknowledge them, they stay stuck. And if they stay stuck, that’s when they amplify.

What if every collapse is an invitation to embody those very qualities more fully?
What if it’s the wake-up call needed to meet more compassionate, sovereign, and innovative versions of ourselves?
Is the chaos a golden opportunity to become more loving—and more humane—in an increasingly inhumane world?
I hope so. Actually, I know so. I believe thresholds and collapse, even in all their pain, are designed to propel us forward in unforeseen ways. A disintegration engineered to shake up our reality so we can grow and meet ourselves: our imperfect, miraculous, shadowy, hopeful, infinite, deeply human selves.
We are brought face to face with our deepest fears and shadows, but only so our deepest strengths can emerge. This is how we remember who we truly are.
The world is meeting itself, one collapse at a time. What version of yourself are you willing to meet next? What version of yourself are you willing to remember?

Every day I find myself at a new threshold. Honest to God. And I think, “How many more can there be?!?” I might laugh. I might cry. But I always find my way back to a lesson.
I’m still finding my way in so many areas. Maybe you are too, which is why you’ve found your way here. My hope in sharing is that you might feel invited to reconsider the thresholds you’ve crossed, especially the ones that felt like a fumble.
Remember, even one small step into the unknown (in any direction) will move you closer instead of keeping you stuck in doubt and disempowerment. Whether your threshold is professional, personal, mental, or spiritual, they’re all connected. Navigating one creates an inevitable domino effect of change in all areas. So please, keep going.

Go find an old photo of yourself.
Do you recognize that version of you?
How many thresholds have you crossed since then?
Can you see how much you’ve grown?
Maybe you launched a project that looked unsuccessful.
Was it?
Or was the real win your courage to simply begin, to risk, to try again?
That’s the invitation.
Maybe you talk to a friend, a therapist, an astrologer, or deep dive into your human design. I would be honored to support you through an intuitive session.
Sending love from the liminal, always.
